Manya Gupta

Hello! I’m Manya. I grew up in Jaipur, studied political science and economics at Penn, and now live in Washington D.C., where I work as a management consultant at BCG.

I want to help reduce risks from advanced AI and engineered pandemics, and I care a lot about making the world better and more just. ◆

I grew up competitively debating for Team India at WSDC, which shaped a lot of the architecture of my brain. I spent a lot of college daydreaming about becoming a physician-anthropologist. Some things that bring me joy are cats, movies, and thinking about moral philosophy and pop culture.
